Overview

Dorfman Pacific prides itself in being one of the largest full-line, in-stock headwear and handbag companies in the world. The company began in 1921 as Dorfman Hat & Cap Company in a 5,000 square foot facility in Oakland, California. They recently celebrated their 95th year in business at their 275,000 square foot facility in Stockton, California. However, our straw hats we produce with Dorfman Pacific are produced in a jointly owned factory in Mexico.

Bought this for my hubby for his birthday. He loves it and has a large head - the XXL is fine - now we have to get out on a river :)

Fantastic hat

A great sun hat! Fits extremely well. Confortable for hours. Great sandy color.

Why call it xxl when it’s not an xxl

Maybe a large not an xl and definitely not a xxl. So my buddy got a free hat. Otherwise it’s a nice hat!

Fairly nice

Nice looking hat. Straw and threading are not super tight. It runs small. Especially with the inner sweat band...which is thick and black and not great for hot weather.

XXL still too small

Love the look. But I purchased the normal size and it didn't fit. Tried stretching it with water but still too small so I couldn't return it. Purchased the XXL and it was still too small. May have fit better if I tried to stretch it in water but I wasn't risking being out another $70 so I just returned it. Really do like the look but just wish they fit.

At our Hemp Fortex factory, we use Repreve Recycled Polyester, which uses PET from plastic water bottles as the raw material. Recycling the PET into fiber not only reduces landfill and ocean waste, it causes far less air pollution than making new PET.
